Human Resources Project Specialist Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a bold enterprise-wide transformation where HR is front and centre.

You will be the bridge between HR and project teams, strengthening foundations and helping shape a future that is streamlined, smart and seamlessly connected.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead initiatives that refine ways of working, improve processes, and support system implementation all aligned with our transformation journey.
  • To craft/update clear documentation that brings our ways of working vision to life.
  • To team up across the business, working closely with HR, Finance, Group Tech, and external partners to co-design smarter, future-ready processes.
  • To get us ready to lead the charge on data clean-up, testing, and go-live prep to ensure we hit the ground running.
  • To bring people on the journey, helping craft communications and training that make change feel exciting not overwhelming.
  • To shape what comes next, contributing to the design of our post-implementation operating model, governance, and new ways of working.

Requirements:

  • A strong HR generalist or HRBP experience with a passion for process design and transformation, with an eye to employee experience and organisation efficiency.
  • A systems mindset someone who sees the bigger picture and understands how tools and processes connect to drive outcomes.
  • Exceptional coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An inquisitive person always digging deeper to understand processes and uncover opportunities.
  • Experience in knowledge management and documentation development.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable person thriving in ambiguity and change.
