Job Overview

This is a full-time position in a dynamic team, commencing Term 4, 2025. The role may be extended or made permanent.

The Human Resources Officer will provide comprehensive HR consultancy services to the school staff, including support and advice on legislation, policies, and procedures.

You will coordinate recruitment activities from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of suitable candidates.

A key aspect of this role is coordinating leave and relief management, assisting with staff timetabling and rostering processes, and contributing to workforce planning strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to build positive relationships with staff at all levels.

To succeed in this role, you should have highly developed organisational skills, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
