Hiring a Human Resources Specialist with Expertise in Administration and Compliance. We seek an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as an HR Coordinator, responsible for supporting daily HR operations, contributing to various projects, and fostering employee experience.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our HR Advisors and Business Partners. This role will be instrumental in preparing HR documentation, maintaining accurate records, assisting with performance reviews, managing immigration queries, ensuring compliance with legislation, and analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Advisors and Business Partners with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare various HR documents, including contracts, amendments, position descriptions, and employee relations documents.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and databases, adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the performance review process, collecting data and coordinating feedback sessions.
- Manage immigration-related queries and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Stay informed about employment law changes and maintain compliance across the organization.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in administration and compliance roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Prior experience with Workday is advantageous.
