Senior Case Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a case manager, providing support to individuals with complex needs who are participating in a program. Your role will involve working closely with clients to address issues contributing to their offending behaviors.
You will take a holistic and collaborative approach to develop a person-centered individual support plan. This will require you to work with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and to develop strategies to address any challenges they may be facing.
We are looking for a candidate with a tertiary qualification related to case management practice with forensic clients, such as social work or psychology. Relevant experience in this field would also be highly regarded.
As a case manager, you will be responsible for ensuring clear communication, documentation, information security, and confidentiality when working with diverse clients. You will need to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect when interacting with clients from different backgrounds.
