About the Role

Workstars is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Indigenous Community Program Manager to join our team. This role represents Workstars externally and manages services internally, successfully delivering community programs within designated timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creatively work with Community Justice Groups (CJG) to achieve project objectives
  • Liaise with Funding Bodies (DJAG & DOCs) to ensure compliance with service agreements
  • Develop and maintain service funding body expectations
  • Manage stakeholder's expectations and implement changes as required
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of services to Workstars Board each quarter
Requirements
  • IDentify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Qualifications and relevant experience in community services
  • Sound knowledge or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Murri Court operations
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal in public settings
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to this, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid annual leave, sick leave, and professional development opportunities.
