Leadership & Organisational Development Manager

This is a key role in our organisation, responsible for designing and delivering a range of training and organisational development programs across the business.

  • We are seeking an experienced L&OD specialist to lead these initiatives, working closely with the broader HR team and Business Leaders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • End-to-end experience in L&OD, designing and delivering a broad range of training and OD programs and initiatives;
  • Extensive leadership development program experience, advising and coaching up to senior leadership level;
  • Content design and ability to program manage new programs, gaining stakeholder buy-in;
  • Exposure or experience in Talent & Performance Management programs;
  • Facilitation experience and ability to present to groups;
  • Strong influencing ability with exceptional stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills;
  • Tertiary Qualifications.

We offer a full-time permanent position, with 3 days per week working from home and 2 days in the office. The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire training and OD initiatives, reporting to the Head of L&OD and Talent.

  • Managing Outsourced L&D Providers;
  • Design & Facilitate Learning Modules;
  • Cyclical and Calendar Training Events;
  • Talent & Performance Management;
  • Behaviour and Cultural Change & Team Effectiveness;
  • Optimising Workplace Training Programs and Systems;
  • Succession and Workforce Strategy & Planning;
  • Oversight of technology-enabled and digital learning.
