Strategic Leadership Position

This strategic position has been established to develop a client-facing team, responsible for providing specialist subject matter advice to key growth markets. The Business Leader drives the client-facing roadmap, and market penetration strategies across the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership positions with demonstrated capability gained in complex organisations (business or organisational leadership, people leadership), and experience leading change and influencing a broad group of stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.
You Will Also Have- A relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO 19650 standards.
- A proven track record in developing and leading technically capable, diverse and high performing teams and driving a culture of problem-solving, collaboration and excellence, along with strong communication skills.
You'll have a strong grasp of the drivers for change in the construction and asset management sector, preferably in engineering delivery roles (briefing, design, construction) with a strong and demonstrable business acumen.
