Strategic Workflow Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Strategic Workflow Leadership expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing expert resources in APAC who provide consulting services related to the Technology Workflow portfolio. This portfolio encompasses various solutions, including IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Integrated Risk Management.
Your primary objectives will include developing and executing the APAC Customer Workflow business plan, driving growth and market penetration, and cultivating practice resources and business processes across different areas of specialization. You will also build and nurture Business Unit relationships through partnership, meet with Customer Leadership to position the use of expert resources, and deploy and run the portfolio through best practice development and execution.
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization, with a background in roles such as PMO Leader, Program/Project Management, Product Management, Services or Solution Sales, Implementation, and Process Engineering. Additionally, they should have experience managing professional services forecasting, resourcing, and capacity, working within Agile or Scaled Agile frameworks, and holding industry certifications like Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
