  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a whole-school teaching and learning strategy aligned with our mission and goals.
  • Curriculum and Pedagogy: Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of a rigorous, inclusive, and future-focused K–12 curriculum that meets regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Growth and Development: Lead our professional learning strategy, including the design and delivery of whole-school professional development programs.
  • Digital Technology and Innovation: Lead the strategic integration of digital technologies into teaching and learning practices across K–12.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Develop and implement consistent, transparent, and effective assessment and reporting practices.
