About the Role

Datacom is seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our team. As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and planning the workforce supply and demand, talent needs and gaps to ensure that Datacom has the right people with the right skills to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and implement workforce planning initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans
  • Collaborate with business leaders, strategic planning, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to review existing and future workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals
  • Collect, interpret, and evaluate workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting, and business scenario planning
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with WFM systems (Verint, Calabrio, and Genesys preferred)
  • Previous experience working in Workforce planning within a large complex IT Consultancy
  • Strong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilization, and project revenue
  • Ability to work on complex assignments that require analytical skills and judgment for resolving complex issues or making recommendations
  • Experience with balancing budgets, work schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional team members within own area of expertise
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders with the ability to influence other teams
  • Previous experience in establishing and adhering to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
