Organisational Development Opportunity

We are seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to contribute to designing and delivering innovative organisational development initiatives.

About the Role:
  • To design, develop, and implement change initiatives that embed our culture, including reward and recognition, performance, employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • To review, design, propose, and implement enhancements to existing organisational development frameworks and processes with a focus on employee engagement and performance.
  • To lead the coordination, maintenance, and reporting of continuous listening activities using our employee engagement platform.
  • To lead activities increasing capability in facilitating meaningful dialogues that drive motivation, develop our people, and deliver organisational performance.
  • To support the development and implementation of Endeavour's Diversity and Inclusion Strategy to achieve inclusion and create belonging.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant discipline.
  • Relevant experience working in diversity and inclusion, organisational development, or human resources, with success in developing and implementing organisational development policies, initiatives, and programs.
  • Experience using Culture Amp is desirable.
  • Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and reporting skills, including presenting high-quality information and delivering training to all levels.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to provide support and advice to business leaders and stakeholders.
