Job Description

The Enterprise Transformation and Portfolio Management Office (ETPMO) is a key division within the National Office. It sits within the Enterprise Strategy and Transformation Division, which is responsible for leading and supporting the organization's transformation. This includes Indigo program management and product design, enterprise transformation and investment portfolio strategy and delivery oversight, enterprise change management, and data and information management.

As a Senior Project Officer in this branch, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Assistant Director and Director of ETPMO. Your key duties will include:

  • Uniting and leading staff to achieve strategic and transformation objectives through clear communication of aspirations and strategy.
  • Enhancing investment contributions via change initiatives.
  • Providing oversight and support for transformation projects.
  • Auditing and establishing adaptive strategies.

Key responsibilities will also include working with senior leaders to further mature the organization's Transformation Strategy, progress reporting, and Investment Prioritisation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You should have experience providing sound, accurate, and timely advice, analysis, and reporting to facilitate decision-making by senior managers and committees.

Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to manage pressure and ambiguity.
  • Autonomous work ethic and team collaboration.
