Change Coordinator Role Overview

Our organization understands the importance of work-life balance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with ITIL processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end change activities, including raising, reviewing, and progressing changes
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation and supporting change governance processes
  • Facilitating the Forward Schedule of Change and assessing scheduling impacts
  • Supporting release and project planning in collaboration with team leads
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

Experience: A proven track record in a change management environment, ideally within ITIL frameworks

Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications: Detail-oriented with a commitment to documentation quality, proactive and inquisitive approach to continuous improvement

ITIL V3/V4 certification is preferred, but not required. We encourage applications from candidates who meet most of the requirements.
