Our employee relations function is seeking a strategic professional to provide operational support to senior leaders and line managers across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategise and align ER/IR practices across multiple agreements to support consistency and mitigate risk.
- Resolve workplace issues, including disputes and grievances, to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industrial agreements and employment legislation, providing expert guidance to HR and business leaders.
- Build strong relationships with employees, management, and unions through open communication and problem-solving.
This role requires a seasoned professional to shape our employee relations strategy and execute it effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong knowledge of ER/IR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to resolve complex workplace issues.
