Strategic Pricing Lead

Our organisation is seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive pricing strategy that drives business growth, optimises product margins, and enhances profitability across our wrap platform products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a proactive pricing strategy that aligns with business objectives, taking into account product mix, sales volumes, retention, and other key drivers.
  • Optimise product margins and profitability by analysing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and implementation of pricing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and recommendations for fees and incentives that align with business goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance personal and team productivity, drive efficiency, and streamline processes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline, such as Actuarial, Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in margin and profit management, with a strong understanding of investment and superannuation platform markets.
  • Proven analytical and financial skills, with ability to interpret and analyse complex data to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
