About the Role

This critical role involves leading a team responsible for driving flawless execution of pricing, tenders, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable customer pricing strategies executable within ERP environments.
  • Manage 'Whole of Business' customer pricing approach, administer yearly increases, and communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with Global Strategic Pricing Team and FP&A to achieve ANZ pricing goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of pricing approval processes and develop processes to minimize customer price discrepancies.
  • Active management of pricing agreements, hosted catalogues, and coordination of centralised customer communication for product discontinuation.
  • Responsible for end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and post-submission follow-up.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic price management, contracts, and tender processes.
  • Proven experience in leading by example and managing expectations from both Management and team members to achieve results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in handling tough conversations and negotiations.
  • History of driving organisational and process change.
