**JIVARO Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Pricing & Analytics Lead for a leading Pharmaceutical company Our client has the largest pharmacy network in Australia.**

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- **Responsibility for Gross Margin on wholesale trading platform**
- Ongoing development of the trading platform maximising margin for boh the wholesale and branded business
- Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability
- **Actively look for Margin opportunities for further growth**
- Support the Category team to monitor product development and market initiatives driving trading opportunities
- Continually look for market trading gaps
- **Develop and maintain key governance activities inside wholesale**
- Continued development of business processes to ensure transparent decision-making practices throughout the business
- Collaboration at a senior level with the finance team to ensure enterprise wide governance
- **Key support for Supplier and Sales teams**
- Provide key commercial support to the Supplier teams within Wholesale with a particular focus on increased volume and Gross Margin $ creation
- Accountable for decision making and ongoing policing of deals presented from the sales team to the wider business
- **Reporting and Data Management**
- Work with the data analytical team to ensure ongoing development of reports and data to support trading platform
- **People Management**
- Lead team to meet operational and strategic needs of the business across pricing and margin matrix
- Hold regular meetings with individual team members to discuss performance, goals and aspirations and development opportunities
- 10+ years Pricing, financial modelling and commercial analysis experience
- 10+ years industry experience preferred
- Extensive experience monitoring pricing and financial systems
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and planning skills with a strong understanding of commercial outcomes
- Experience in the preparation of management reports
- Experience working within tight deadlines
