As a Supply Chain Optimization Manager at Greencross Vets, you will be responsible for driving continual improvement in end-to-end Supply Chain efficiency and accuracy.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Leading the identification, roadmap development, and successful execution of optimization and accuracy initiatives
  • Developing measures for ongoing monitoring of network accuracy and efficiency
  • Driving the execution and delivery of identified initiatives, including managing the change control process, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
  • Developing clear and concise communication, engagement, reporting, and delivery plans
  • Ensuring identified initiatives are delivered on time, to budget, and meeting all business case requirements
  • Monitoring initiative budget (if applicable) and managing finances by ensuring accurate forecasts and financial system monitoring
  • Engaging stakeholders and ensuring ongoing initiative alignment with business strategy, and stringent governance processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering various Supply Chain initiatives, ideally in Fast Moving Consumer retail industry
  • Passionate about supply chain and able to build credibility across a range of disciplines
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations and strong analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to inspire and influence teams and senior execs alike
  • Advanced leadership and management skills, including conflict resolution capabilities and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, assign, and manage work activities, meet deadlines, and develop reporting in a timely and effective manner
  • A good team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in using project management and document sharing tools
  • Sound knowledge and experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • PMP, Agile PM qualifications desirable
