**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team at People2People. As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Order Fulfillment:** Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
  • **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement inventory control measures to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • **Warehouse Operations:** Assist with receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • **Quality Control:** Conduct quality checks on received goods and ensure that all products meet quality standards.
  • **Supply Chain Coordination:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

**Requirements:**

  • **Previous Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • **Attention to Detail:** Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • **Computer Skills:** Proficient in using ERP systems and other software applications relevant to logistics and supply chain management.
  • **Initiative and Autonomy:** Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve problems and improve processes.
