**Job Summary**

This traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch and completing a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for embracing the company's values, policies, and procedures, providing excellent customer service, and processing sales and stock management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Embracing the company's values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing customer service and support
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages and orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard

**Requirements**

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Enthusiasm and a great attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain a neat and tidy workplace

**Working Arrangements**

The successful candidate will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in progress.
