Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health experts, providing exceptional customer care and making a real difference in people's lives.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
  • Identify barriers and design, implement and monitor programmes that support people to achieve maximal work participation
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives in tangible ways
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service
  • Willingness to work in the community (must have driver's license and access to own vehicle)
  • Current or ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
