Job Title: Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to join us as an Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients who have experienced injury or illness, helping them to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize evidence-based clinical decision-making skills to develop and implement individualized recovery plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including functional capacity assessments, workplace evaluations, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living evaluations.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote a culture of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
  • Current full ESSA accreditation
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
