The Rehabilitation Specialists (TRS) is an award-winning service provider serving the ACT and NSW regions. With a strong reputation for an exceptional team culture and a supportive work environment, we are looking for a passionate experienced Allied Health Professional to join our Sydney Team.
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant, with a strong customer focus and keen to work in a workplace rehabilitation setting. If you possess a formal allied health qualification, have at least 2 years' workplace rehab experience, and are currently working within the Workplace Rehabilitation industry, then we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for providing Workplace Rehabilitation Services for a number of national and state-based customers operating in the Comcare, Workers Compensation, CTP, Non-Compensation and Life Insurance schemes. We are looking for someone with passion, who can drive growth in the team. The role will also involve:
• Managing a varied case load
• Case reviews and other quality activities
• Business development and marketing where required

Key qualifications include:
- An Allied health degree (Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehab. Counselling) which are recognised by the relevant professional body
- 1-2 years of Workplace Rehab Experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centered care.
- Current driver's license.
Roles are available for both full-time and part-time positions.
