Certainty

Growth
Significant emphasis on continuing professional development and progression of your EP skillset with weekly mentoring, education and practical learning opportunities. On top of this, we offer a pro-rata'ed $1200 annual CPD allowance. Furthermore, you will be exposed to various systems and processes within the organisation in order to facilitate and explore a genuinely satisfying career in Exercise Physiology and the wider health industry.
The opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of educational resources, assessments and exercise delivery of our renowned evidence-based programs, including those for osteoporosis, cancer, osteoarthritis, chronic pain and metabolic conditions in 1:1, semi-private and group class formats.
The development of a strong knowledge-based and application in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and function, allowing you to be confident in your ability to help those at various stages of the health continuum, including those recovering from injuries/surgery, those looking to prevent injury and those looking to optimise performance.

Role Essentials: Qualifications and Experience
● As a minimum, Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent.
● Accreditation in Exercise Physiology with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
● Professional indemnity insurance.
● Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Role Desirables:
● Experience working in a private exercise physiology/allied health clinic.
● Good understanding of various government (eg. Medicare, DVA, SIRA, NDIS etc) and private health fund schemes.
● Drivers licence and own car.
