We are seeking a skilled exercise physiologist to join our cardiac rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients with advanced heart failure and develop personalized exercise plans to improve their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, utilizing telehealth, home visits, clinics, and group exercise programs to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in an exercise science related field with eligibility for accreditation as an exercise physiologist with ESSA is essential.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using health information systems and demonstrated computer literacy.
