About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, hard working and enthusiastic Graduate Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate to kickstart their career in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced clinicians and making a real difference in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored exercise programs for clients with a variety of neurological and other health conditions.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group exercise sessions in clinic, community, and home settings.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals and participate in team meetings.
  • Participate in regular case defence to discuss complex cases and ensure best practice clinical decision-making.
  • Attend and contribute to in-services and ongoing professional development sessions.
  • Educate clients and their families on the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.

About You:

  • Completed (or near completion of) a Bachelor or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology (ESSA accredited).
  • Eligible for accreditation with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about helping others and committed to ongoing learning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
