Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Conduct assessments, including initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
  • Perform specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing).
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Effectively manage cases to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Exercise Physiology.
  • Be eligible for ESSA accreditation upon graduating.
  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
  • Be eligible for Comcare accreditation (desirable but not essential).
  • Obtain a current Working with Children Check and a pre-employment national criminal check.
  • Hold a full drivers' license (own vehicle is not necessary).
