About the Position

This is an opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team in delivering person-centred services to individuals with complex needs.

We are seeking individuals to work within a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment, providing specialist advice, assessments, and interventions to support positive behaviour in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct forensic assessments, including risk assessments and treatment plans;
  • Identify appropriate supports, interventions, and service models for individuals subject to various orders or those at risk of coming into contact with the justice system;
  • Prepare, write, and deliver assessment reports for supporting bodies;
  • Provide clinical consulting and engagement in multidisciplinary meetings;
  • Offer consultation, training, and advice to teams directly supporting clients;
  • Develop and deliver direct interventions, such as offence-specific and offence-related interventions;
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (e.g., psychology, social work, occupational therapy);
  • Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and/or trauma;
  • Knowledge of relevant forensic frameworks and experience working under legislative frameworks;
  • Experience in providing clinical and behaviour assessment, intervention, and support in forensic services, disability, and other sectors;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
