
Strategic Key Account Growth Specialist

This is a mid-senior level position within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage key accounts, develop business plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships, as well as experience in business development and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement business plans to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Develop strategic account plans for key accounts and communicate effectively with the wider team.
- Engage with marketing teams and solution owners to develop business opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer industries and government agencies.
- Lead and manage large-scale tenders and proposals.
- Own customer issues independently and devise solutions to complex deal challenges.
- Take responsibility for the overall commercial relationship for engagements.
- Identify new opportunities outside goals and facilitate engagement with peers.
Requirements:
- Proven skills growing existing and new business, meeting objectives and targets.
- Demonstrated track record building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Influence customers to adopt Microsoft products.
- Comprehend complex Microsoft modelling options.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Business Development experience essential.
