Key Account Growth Specialist

We are a global technology company developing innovative digital solutions for marketers. Our Key Account Growth Specialist role is ideal for those who thrive in goal-oriented environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with designated clients through prospecting, sales calls, and rapport-building efforts.
  • Promote strong partnerships with existing customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to optimize growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using our comprehensive suite of products.
  • Deliver exceptional value-based selling experiences to clients based on automation and customer behavior insights.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure high client retention rates within assigned portfolios.
  • Work with Product Specialists to introduce new product offerings to clients and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain regular communication with 100% of assigned client portfolio, ensuring no gaps in outreach efforts.
  • Accurately forecast monthly sales and retention achievements to management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in English.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Highly organized and structured approach to driving consistent success.
  • Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing exceptional client experiences.
  • Proven creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Sales Methodology training (Sandler, Challenger, Spin, Meddic, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales.
  • Preferred: SaaS or MarTech experience.
