At Camp Australia, we're on the hunt for an inspiring leader to join our Before and After-School Care services in Bendigo.

As a Service Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading not just one, but multiple services across the region. Your 38-hour work week will include a blend of operational hours and flexible non-contact admin hours, tailored to suit your lifestyle and support your services.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Lead and manage multiple services across the region">
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive service growth and improvement">
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to create a safe, inclusive environment for children">
  • Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Completed or studying towards a childcare related Diploma or equivalent">
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)">
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)">
  • Available 7.00am-9:00am and 2:30pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday">
  • Admin time will make up the 38 hour weekly contract">
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or are willing to obtain one)">
