Job Title: Full Time Childcare Centre Manager

A dynamic and passionate leader is required to oversee the daily operations of an excellent Early Learning Centre.

About the Role:
  • Oversight of a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children, families, and educators.
  • Leadership and mentorship of a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
  • Visible leadership support, access to strong resources, and autonomy to make a meaningful impact.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience working in an Australian-based Early Learning setting as a Director, Manager, 2ic or Assistant Director/Manager.
  • Strong commitment to the wellbeing and development of children.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of educators and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support, and mentor educators and staff to cultivate a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
  • Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of engaging and inclusive educational programs that promote each child's development and wellbeing.
