About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our centre in line with legislative requirements and company policies.

  • Provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to staff members.
  • Evaluate and improve early learning programs to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Effectively manage financial resources and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Current WWCC, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Extensive understanding of the VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.
