As the primary point of contact for managing vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering, you'll be responsible for meeting customer demands while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet management and employee scheduling to meet business objectives
  • Action and monitor reporting and financial plans to contribute to the annual business plan
  • Monitor location performance against strategic goals and implement contingency measures as needed
  • Continuously identify and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Foster a positive team environment within airport operations

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams
  • Experience in coaching employees to maximize performance
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency
