Role Description

The ORS Psychology division is expanding and we are seeking a clinician to join us.

Our team provides clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65.

Our clients have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.

As a Provisional Psychologist, you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development.

You will assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours.

Additionally, you can work part-time or reduced hours.

To support employees with supervised practice pathways, we fund annual supervision costs for a professional development program.

Currently, we employ over 180 Provisional Psychologists, who understand the challenges of becoming fully registered.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and the ability to become registered as a Provisional Psychologist.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses is desirable.
  • A car and licence are required.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one for a client-facing role is necessary.
