We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.
This role involves conducting assessments and interventions in various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centers, and clinics.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and support their health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Nursing and be registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
A vehicle and license are also essential requirements for this role.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
About the PositionThis is a key role within our national team of consultants providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.
The successful candidate will work across national and state-based customer contracts and will be responsible for conducting assessments and interventions in various environments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to form close relationships with clients to support their health outcomes.
