Midwifery Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated midwife looking to progress their career and take on leadership responsibilities.

  • As a Registered Midwife Level 2, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in midwifery care.
  • You will also develop and implement midwifery services that meet the needs of patients, and contribute to the education and training of midwives and other healthcare professionals.

To be eligible for this role, applicants must be a Permanent Officer at the Registered Midwife Level 1 Classification for Canberra Health Services, with four years of post-graduate hours of practice worked in direct or indirect roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
