Job Opportunity for Clinical Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at a leading private hospital in Canberra.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing thorough nutrition assessment and intervention to patients, enabling them to meet their nutritional requirements for recovery and improve their health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients
  • Work in partnership with management, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team to provide assessment and evidence-based interventions
  • Deliver dietary counseling and education to diverse patient populations
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent that meets the requirements for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia
  • Recent acute care clinical dietetics knowledge and experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
