Human Resource Systems Professional

An HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving HR systems and business processes with a focus on data quality. The individual will provide global systems administration support and HR process improvements to various HR systems including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors HXM, and other Human Resources technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide system management support to ongoing or annual programs (Compensation, PM/GM, etc.).
- Extensive hands-on experience with security through user access, role-based permission roles and groups is required.
- Manage workflow including notifications, and dynamic roles/groups.
- Deep knowledge of import process to support business processes of reorganization, mergers & acquisitions, and annual programs.
- Utilize the ECSC ticketing system to manage and resolve support tickets.
- Maintain HR business systems to ensure continued operation through testing, quarterly updates, and enhancements to resolve problems.
- Assess and improve overall HR workflow through system and procedural changes and user training.
- Implement changes from start to finish while acting as a consultant to and advocate for HR.
- Manage implementation lifecycle of new HR business modules or systems.
