Job Title: Human Resources System Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Human Resources System Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our HR systems and business processes with a focus on data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve HR systems and business processes with a focus on data quality.
  • Provide system management support to ongoing or annual programs (compensation, promotions/general managers, etc.).
  • Manage workflow including notifications, and dynamic roles/groups.
  • Deep knowledge of import processes to support business processes of reorganization, mergers & acquisitions, and annual programs.
  • Utilize the ECSC ticketing system to manage and resolve support tickets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Three to five years of industry experience in HRIS and/or enterprise software project management.
  • Proven knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, specifically talent development and succession, and SAP HCM.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and develop and implement new or streamlined workflows.
