**About Our Client**

Capstone Recruitment is working with a Not For Profit organisation to find a Project Risk Manager for their Major Projects department.

The role will involve assisting the Head of Major Projects in all stages of projects, including scoping, tendering and managing projects delivered through external Project Managers who oversee contractors.

The successful candidate will focus on reviewing, advising and monitoring construction aspects of projects, including programme, design, specifications, methodology, risks, budgets, cost, procurement, buildability, value engineering, safety, quality, commissioning and handover.

The key objective is to identify risks across the project lifecycle and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
