About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Lead to join our Operational Risk division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects that drive business value and support our Risk Management Group's objectives.

With extensive project management experience in the financial services industry, you will leverage your technical knowledge and expertise to manage systems implementations and releases, as well as work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communicate project progress effectively
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience managing systems implementations and releases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
