This Senior Manager Enterprise Risk role is a permanent, full-time opportunity located in VIC/NSW with hybrid working arrangements.

You will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Portfolio Risk & EPMO and be responsible for coordinating risk management efforts associated with delivering Insignia's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Delivery teams to identify potential risks.
  • Facilitate regular sessions to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented.
  • Provide timely reporting to senior management and boards on identified risks and their mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee risk input to projects, ensuring safe delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Risk Manager (or similar) within a large, complex organisation.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field highly regarded (e.g., Project Management, Financial Services, Information Technology).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A team player able to navigate complexity and ambiguity effectively.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic business environments.
