The Sales Coordinator plays a key part in driving business growth, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to maximize retail presence and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a third-party field sales team by setting clear performance metrics, providing coaching and driving the execution of national sales targets.
- Manage third-party agency relationships including service level agreements, performance reviews, and field visit assessments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Translate commercial priorities into actionable plans and execute national sales strategies while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Oversee retail execution across key channels, maintaining high merchandising standards, point-of-sale compliance, and promptly addressing execution gaps.
- Analyze field data, sales performance, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, using insights to improve field effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, category, and customer teams to align in-store execution with broader commercial strategies.
- Act as a strategic link between head office and field operations, ensuring consistency and effective communication.
- Monitor and manage field sales budgets and resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
