Family Services Opportunity

This position presents a unique chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of Aboriginal children and families within the child protection system.

We are seeking an experienced case manager who can provide effective casework and case management services for Aboriginal children in out-of-home care, employing a trauma-informed approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Koori young people aged 13-18 years in the Ovens Murray region and supporting Aboriginal children's education through tutoring, cultural advocacy, and school engagement.

Additionally, the Case Manager will lead our research team, manage projects, align with Indigenous methods, and oversee evaluations and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing staff, external partnerships, compliance, and administration, ensuring the strategic and operational oversight of the Family Services programs.
