We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Utilize data sources and CRM tools to research and target ideal prospects
- Execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls
- Qualify prospects against client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and book meetings
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and target-driven approach
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is a plus
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role, offering 3 days of in-office work and 2 days of remote work. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and wins are celebrated.
