Job Title: Business Growth Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our business development team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial construction or design and a proven track record of winning new business.

  • Develop strategies to grow the business to its targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage existing relationships.
  • Coordinate bids or tenders and provide strategic guidance in structuring proposals.
  • Identify new clients and decision-makers within organizations.
  • Arrange meetings between decision-makers and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities include:

Main Duties:
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Bid Management: Coordinate bid responses and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Fitout & Refurbishment / Property / Design / Construction industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in identifying new business opportunities, marketing strategies, and proposal submissions.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and proactive individual.
