Business Growth Specialist Role

We are changing the face of home loans in Australia. Our goal is to provide tools, products, and policies that empower our customers.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive sales performance across our LMG + Mortgage Choice products.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for driving sales performance and building relationships with brokers.
  • You will proactively manage a pipeline of broker scenarios and submitted applications, striving for exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will identify new broker relationships and nurture them until they become advocates for us.
  • You will deliver engaging presentations and coaching to help brokers succeed.
  • You will run interactive onboarding sessions to educate brokers about our products, processes, and target customers.
  • You will communicate effectively with brokers, aggregators, partnership managers, and state leaders.
  • You will contribute to internal discussions on opportunities and ways to improve our services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar BDM role managing broker networks and individual brokers.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, including developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, credit teams, and clients.
  • A focus on sales and conversion, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a commitment to continuous development.
  • Critical thinking and confident decision-making skills.
