Responsibilities:
- Build and thrive by developing and managing a portfolio of local key accounts, comprising real estate brokers and corporate clients.
- Foster growth from existing customers through referrals and expansions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by efficiently handling rent reviews and resolving any escalated concerns that may arise.
- Acquire new clients by delivering exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Stay informed about the competition, various industries, and target companies in your area.
- Utilize our CRM system OSCAR to strategize, plan, and stay on top of activities.
- Collaborate with Client Services to optimize our centre's performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record.
- Showcase your prowess in finding and converting sales leads and adeptly handling inquiries.
- Strong planning, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills are crucial to excel in this role.
- Solve client problems effectively, providing the right solutions to meet their needs.
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
