Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and people-centred HR services across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role
  • End-to-end delivery of HR services will involve leading teams across payroll, operations, systems, and immigration
  • The successful candidate will ensure that all services are accurate, efficient, compliant, and aligned with local legislative requirements
  • Collaboration with HR and business leaders is essential for meeting evolving workforce and organisational needs
  • This role involves supporting process improvement and system enhancements, focusing on automation and self-service adoption
  • Clear leadership and coaching of a team will be a key aspect of this role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of HR services across payroll, operations, systems, and immigration
  2. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and alignment with local legislative requirements
  3. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to meet evolving workforce and organisational needs
  4. Support process improvements and system enhancements, focusing on automation and self-service adoption
